MARCO POLO Forest Honey 16oz plastic bottle

According to the National Honey Board, there are more than 300 varieties of honey, classed by the sources of blossoms bees collect pollen from to make their precious honey. A favorite of honey connoisseurs worldwide, Forest Honey is made by bees that collect “honeydew” from trees instead of flowers. The result is a more healthful honey with higher levels of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants and a lower level of glucose than honey derived from blossoms. You will find Marco Polo Forest Honey is darker in color and less sweet than traditional honey. With a bolder and more distinctive flavor than blossom honey, Marco Polo Forest Honey pairs especially well with cheeses and meat dishes. It is also delicious savored on toast.
