Our Spinach & Cheese Burek feature a mouthwatering blend of fresh spinach, ricotta, Feta, cream cheese and Bulgarian kashkaval cheese nestled between delicate layers of Phyllo. Seasoned and baked to perfection in the shape of a family-size pizza, each pie serves 4-6 people as an appetizer and 2-3 people as a main dish.
